This substantial ‘one off’ design was developed in two phases on the site of the original house. Under the first phase a large bedroom annex was built under Permitted Development rules and regulations. The new annex includes a substantial living area incorporating a spa/jacuzzi. The whole area opens up onto the patio via bi fold doors.
The second phase saw our clients move into the new annex whilst the original house was demolished and the main building constructed on its site. This substantial development includes a stunning elegant balcony staircase. Standing out amongst several unusual design features of the property are the moon room on the second floor and the canopied windows
MP Architects designed the house, gained planning permission and projected managed the build.
For this project a 3D tour was created. This enabled the plans to come alive and the clients to be able to gain a good insight into the unusual design proposal. Click on the link below to view it on our YouTube page.
